The 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium received a complete makeover last year, obtaining a new and handsome design, a considerate cabin and superb handling, which all let to it being an instant hit among the mid size sedan buyers. The trunk is 16 cubic feet large, however, in hybrid models some space is eaten up by the batteries. Butt still, they allow the rear seats to fold for some additional cargo space. On the eco friendly side, the seats for both the Hybrid and the Energi model are made from recyclable or renewable cloth materials.

The Fusion S and SE come with a standard 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder, that is rated at 175 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. The Fusion Titanium comes with its own 2.0-liter turbocharged inline 4-cylinder rated at 240 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque, along with the 6-speed automatic with shift paddles and fuel economy estimated from 22 mpg city/33 mpg hwy with front-wheel drive to 22 mpg city/31 mpg hwy with all-wheel drive. Also, The Fusion Titanium is the only one that offers an all-wheel drive. When it comes to the Fusion Hybrid, it packs 141 hp and 129 lb-ft from its gasoline engine, while the electric motor adds 117 lb-ft of on-demand torque, mated with a variable automatic (CVT). As for the fuel economy, expect 47 mpg city/47 mpg hwy.

For the 2014 Ford Fusion S, starting MSRP is just under $23,000, while the top of the line 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium model with an all-wheel drive can reach over $40,000. The Hybrids starting price is just under $27,000, while the Energi plug-in hybrid starts just under $40,000.
